Okay, so you know those "As Seen on TV" products that always seem enticing but ridiculous to buy. Well, Joey started working at a department store called "Bealls" and they were selling this "Eggies" product that claims it makes it possible to hard boil eggs without the shell. Crazy right? Since it was "Bealls" grand opening today and Joey had worked so hard at putting the store together, I thought the least thing I could do was buy a product. However, all the clothing was more than I could afford, so needless to say...that's how I discovered the "Eggie"!
You'll never believe this...it WORKED!
These have got to be the prettiest Deviled Eggs I've ever made and the easiest too! It was like heaven not having to peel off those blasted broken shells. The last time I ate a Deviled Egg resulted in my intense gull bladder attack. I figure that since my gull bladder is out now, I can again enjoy these fatty little devils!
